Meet Gechmuy, our HR & Administration Manager in Cambodia.
Since joining JGL Worldwide in 2023, Gechmuy has taken on responsibilities spanning human resources, administration, accounting, and operational support โ giving her a unique view of how the different parts of our Cambodia office come together.
With such a varied scope, no two days are quite the same. Her work can mean attending to employee and administrative matters, supporting operational requirements, or stepping in to help resolve issues as they arise.
One of the most rewarding parts of her role is seeing a problem worked through successfully and knowing that her contribution has helped both the team and customers move forward.
She also values the opportunity to connect with regional partners and learn from different parts of the JGL network, broadening her exposure beyond the Cambodia office.
Outside of work, Gechmuy enjoys heading to the mountains, discovering restaurants, and listening to music.
