Compassion In Community CIC 心连心 Compassion In Community (CIC) aims to:
1. serve as a platform for people to serve the poor
2. ignite a spirit of purposeful volunteerism in Singapore

The community service interest group was started by a group of youths in their 20s in April 2012 who were touched by the needs of the poor, many of whom are living in one and two room rental flats in Singapore. We do not have to go too far to help the poor. It can start from home. Serving with Passion and Compassion.
