From April going forward, Malaysia's borders are fully opened to all fully vaccinated travelers. Neither testing nor quarantine is required. That said, please note that there's still a protocol to follow.

In view of above, we will be providing ferry tickets to Tioman again in a few days.

Covid-19 restrictions have been eased from 10 August onwards for those who are fully vaccinated. This includes interdistrict and interstate travel, as well as the freedom to dine in and carry out non-contact sports.

The government has extended the lockdown period till April 14. There will be no ferry until at least then. Please contact our Mersing Harbour Centre operations manager, Mr David Lee, for the latest Corona updates. David's direct number can be found in our confirmation email.

Given the current windy season and reduced ferry service, booking your ferry tickets in advance is highly recommended. Please also note that ferry timings are subject to change, due to weather and/or sea state conditions.

NOTE: Availability-wise, please confirm your ferry times as soon as possible.

NOTE: The ferry to Tioman is reaching full-capacity for the last week of September, due to last-minute bookings from overseas, Malaysia and Singapore.

TIP: Given this end of the season peak, we recommend booking your ferry tickets as early as possible, so as to not get stranded in Mersing or in Tioman. This also applies to October.
