What a refreshing start to the day at our ๐˜๐จ๐ ๐š ๐†๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ ๐†๐š๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ! ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธโœจ Participants not only stretched and recharged, but also picked up useful techniques to improve balance, breathing, and mindfulness.
