Due to volcanic activity caused by the eruption of Mount Anak Krakatau in Indonesia, the following Singapore Airlines flights have been cancelled:

• SQ952 departing Singapore for Jakarta on 6 September 2026 at 0740hrs
• SQ956 departing Singapore for Jakarta on 6 September 2026 at 0905hrs
• SQ953 departing Jakarta for Singapore on 6 September 2026 at 0805hrs
• SQ955 departing Jakarta for Singapore on 6 September 2026 at 0925hrs
• SQ957 departing Jakarta for Singapore on 6 September 2026 at 1100hrs
• SQ958 departing Singapore for Jakarta on 6 September 2026 at 1235hrs
• SQ968D departing Singapore for Jakarta on 6 September 2026 at 1355hrs

SIA customers who booked directly with us may use our Assistance Request Form (https://tinyurl.com/4waymkx5) to rebook or seek a refund. For bookings made through travel agents or partner airlines, customers are advised to contact their travel agent or purchasing airline directly for assistance.

SIA apologises to all affected customers for the inconvenience caused.

It has come to our attention that there are fraudulent emails that falsely claim to be from Singapore Airlines (SIA) regarding a KrisFlyer Miles Draw.

We would like to advise customers to be cautious of phishing emails that claim to be from SIA, and do not disclose any personal data to unverified sources. SIA will never ask for passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), credit card pins, remote access to devices, or payment to claim a prize.

Customers are also advised not to click on any links or open attachments contained in these emails.

If you have received one of these emails, please delete it immediately.

If you have already responded or provided any personal information, we recommend reporting it to the police, securing your bank accounts, and changing your passwords if you have disclosed them.

If you need to verify the authenticity of any communication purporting to be from SIA, please contact us via singaporeair.com/get-help/others, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
