A $10,000 tri bike.
A 3D-printed aero fairing.
A storage box bigger than some people’s apartments.
And a cockpit so complicated it nearly became a group project.

This Vanquish Tri 2.0 HD build had everything:
Di2 wire chaos, hydraulic hose routing, a 3D-printed saddle, and Qing learning very quickly that modern tri bikes are less “bicycle” and more “aerodynamic hostage situation.”

Final weight: 9.08kg.

Are modern tri bikes engineering masterpieces…
or have they become completely ridiculous?

Some bikes are built to go fast.
This one feels like it was built to be remembered.

A $25,000 Prova Speciale Ti, assembled with the kind of detail that makes you stop mid-scroll and zoom in twice.

Titanium frame.
Exotic finishing.
No unnecessary noise.
Just craftsmanship, precision, and a very serious disagreement with the idea that “a bike is just a bike.”
The real question is this:
If you had $25,000 to build one dream bike…
would you go titanium, carbon, or steel?

This isn’t just a lightweight bike build.

This is the Tavelo Arow SL we built for our sponsored rider, Jarwyn. A race machine assembled with one job:
Turn watts into podiums.

Every component on this bike was chosen with intent.
Not because it looked good on a spec sheet.
Not because it was the most expensive option.
But because racing rewards the details most people overlook.

The frame.
The cockpit.
The wheels.
The drivetrain.
The contact points.
The final setup.

Everything had to work together.

And this year, Jarwyn didn’t just ride it.
He put it on podiums.

So here’s the real question:
How much of a winning bike comes from the rider…
and how much comes from the machine underneath him?

When the ride ends at Bikecraft One, it rarely just ends.

Team Haribas rolled into our flagship outlet at 11 Chang Charn Road in their latest Gobik kit, turning a simple post-ride stop into a proper showcase of bikes, kit, coffee-fuelled conversations, and far too many reasons to stare at carbon.

Good rides need good roads.
Good teams need good kit.
And every now and then, they need a shop worth ending the ride at.

Thanks for dropping by, Team Haribas. Always a pleasure having the local cycling community in the house.

A $5,000 Cervelo P3 came in sounding like a steam train and shifting like it had given up on life.
Seized bolts. Worn drivetrain. Corroded internals. Snapped bottle cage bolt. Basically a full triathlon horror story.
Jeff stripped it down, rebuilt it properly, and brought it back to life at 10.36kg.
Real question for the cycling crowd:
At what point is a bike “worth servicing”...
and at what point is it just neglect? 👀

Services and products used:

$1X,### for a titanium road bike.

Not a car.
Not a motorbike.
A bicycle.

This is the Moots Vamoots RCS, a custom titanium road bike build with SRAM Red AXS, DT Swiss ARC wheels, and enough carbon parts to make your bank account file a complaint.

Would you rather spend this kind of money on a handbuilt titanium bike that could outlive you…
or buy a mainstream carbon superbike and keep the change?

Be honest.
Is titanium the ultimate forever bike… or just luxury cycling nonsense?

Specifications:
Frameset: Moots Vamoots RCS

Groupset: Sram Red AXS 12 Speed
Wheelset: DT Swiss ARC 1400
Seatpost: Easton EC90
Handlebar/Stem: Easton EC90

$25,000 for a titanium-carbon road bike.
Before anyone says “for that money I’d buy a car”, yes and it would still be less interesting than this.
This is a Prova Speciale Ti with custom paint, boutique titanium craftsmanship, matching ENVE SES AR One Piece cockpit, Nonplus wheels, and all the sort of parts that make accountants develop chest pain.
Built by Felix the Fish Keeper at Bikecraft One.
Now let’s start the argument properly:Would you take a boutique titanium dream build like this… over a mainstream superbike from the big brands?Or is spending this much on a bicycle completely unhinged?

6.88kg.
Custom-built to race.
And handed to a rider who treats Strava KOMs like unpaid invoices.

Jarwyn’s Tavelo Arow SL build is finally done, with Pertual Sharp ADV wheels, ceramic bearing everything, and a slammed setup that tells you comfort was never invited to this conversation.

The real question is:
Would you pick this over a big-brand superbike at the same budget? And guess how much did this bike cost to build? Comment down below👇
