A moment worth looking back on. ✈️🌾

We welcomed the very first Agro aircraft from Surinam Sky Farmers to the runway at EAG International Airport.

More than a first landing, it marked a moment of growth, collaboration and new possibilities for agricultural aviation in Suriname.

We’re proud to be part of the journey and even prouder of what we’re building together.

Welcome to EAG International Airport!
Here’s to many more landings, milestones and shared moments ahead. 🥂

A Tribute to a Surinamese Icon 🇸🇷

Eduard Alexander Gummels (EAG) International Airport mourns the passing of Borger Breeveld.

A legendary figure in Surinamese film, media and cultural heritage.
It was therefore an honour for EAG to welcome Mr. Breeveld last year to our runway as the leading face of the “I Love Su” campaign, commemorating 50 years of Suriname’s Independence, a fitting setting for a man whose life and work are deeply woven into our nation’s story. 🇸🇷

Thank you for the legacy, Mr. Breeveld.
Your story will continue to inspire generations to come.

May he rest in eternal peace! 🕊️

🚁 Last week felt a little like a reunion.

We were delighted to welcome back Transportes Aereos Pegaso SA de CV!
One of our helicopter operators is back for a campaign with Total Energies.

Seeing them back this time with the AW139, was a wonderful reminder of the relationships that continue to shape our journey.

It is always a pleasure to serve you!

Some arrivals simply feel different.

Today, our runway had the privilege of welcoming a remarkable visitor, the first executive F2TH Dassault Falcon 2000EX, touching down at EAG International Airport.

As we continue expanding our Fixed Base Operator (FBO) services, moments like these inspire us to look ahead with excitement.

🇸🇷 Welcome to Suriname
