Island Bargains is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee operations at the warehouse facility to ensure that all incoming and outgoing cargo is processed according to schedule and procedure.

The duties include preparing schedules for warehouse associates, training new employees on how to use equipment, and monitoring compliance with warehouse systems, company policy, and safety standards.

Skill and qualifications:

The warehouse supervisor must have a variety of soft skills and industry knowledge to promote efficiency in the warehouse, including

- Excellent leadership, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening
- In-depth understanding of the industry and company best practices for the warehouse.
- Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Salary depends on level of education and experience.
