Day 27.

𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘆 👀🇵🇹

No I wasn't in trouble, In fact I needed to go there to organise some documents for our clients.

Anyway, Hats of to the Portuguese embassy here in Bangkok.

Staff are all very kind and respectful and the grounds are also very scenic and somewhere I would love to personally have an office lol.

OHHH AND

𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴........ 𝗕𝗢𝗠 𝗗𝗜𝗔😂🇵🇹

The team were at another packing job off to Europe in central Bangkok.

As I was 20 Minutes away, I decided to pop by and make sure our client was happy and the team were performing well.

Team once AGAIN..... Smash it out the Park!!
( We have the best packing crew in Thailand, Period 😬)

The Client was very happy with how the Job was being handled by our supervisor and packing team.

Client's Happiness is my no.1 Aim.

The Rest of the day was spent in the office making sure we are prepared for the MONTH AHEAD.

Day 9.

Call me MYSTIC MAC, I predict these things...☘️

The great thing about life, What you speak about and put into the world has the power to manifest. If you are a genuine kind person with good intentions.

Sunday I made the prediction that we will close this client....

Day 8.

I have had enough...

Regardless of the day, there is always something to do. This is the life of a business owner and someone who is DEDICATED to his craft and clients.

Hence why we have gone from 0 to HERO in 6 months 🧧

Anyway Today was GREAT for 3 Reasons.

- Finished up 2 sales calls which i am confident we will secure!
- Went over agents request and emails for the day.
- Created a vision board for the brand.

The week ahead is going to be ACTION PACKED.

Day 7.

I wish i could share with you some motivational work speech 😁

But today was nothing more than sleep and run emails between our team for the week ahead.

Days like this where my time is not needed in the office or at our packing jobs.

Means that i can focus on the following.

- Building and shaping the future of how we are going to further execute in the Thai market over the next 12 months.
- What will be our biggest hurdle to overcome in Q1 and be prepared.

Do not let anyone stop you on your path to greatness.

Day 6.

Well, I arrived home at 6am from the office 😱

I decided to pop to the local morning market to get some Thai Iced Tea & snacks.

Arrived home and had a 3 hour sleep, I was literally a zombie 😢

Woke up and knew I had a busy day to clear quite a bit of work.

This meant an extra coffee for when i arrived at the Headquarters.

Today was very much an Admin and closing sales type of day 🧧

I Had 2 New clients send booking confirmation's to us for January & February ✅

& Another new Deposit paid!! 🔑

Honestly I love this Game, We are still within phase 1 of the ARKAY Plan and day by day we continue to compound.

Day 5.

You WONT Believe What Happened Today...😱

Just before i share with you, I needed to go and get my energy juice. AKA Iced Coffee, I had 1 hour to blast through the emails that come through late in the night.

Tasks Completed as i am top Boss 😎

I drove to the job this morning with the team, We managed to start the day with momentum and get everything ticked off.

Client said "Your team are Artists, Reiss". I know my team are the best but comments like this make me smile all day long. ( The client kept taking pictures of our Packing )

Anyway, The job took us the rest of the day to get packed and loaded up into the truck ( I must admit, Today I think i lifted ONLY 6 boxes 😅 Sorry team )

Documents done, Packing lists done, Loading sheets done.

Everything's done.

BUT LISTEN 👀

The client comes up to me and says.

"Reiss me and my wife would like to take you and your team for dinner"

I was actually kind of thrown away by this gentleman's words at first.

My team are a true reflection of me and this clearly shows!!
...Clearly a true reflection as we went ALL IN on the food ordering at the restaruant haha 😬

( Before anyone thinks we were taking advantage, The client said Reiss you and your team order as much as you want )

I think we did just that 😅

P.S I offered to pay for the whole meal and he said Reiss this was my invitation for you and your team. Me and my wife are very happy 😌

Sitting back whilst drinking my FRESH Coconut from the Tree above the restaurant.

I was Thinking.

How can any company compete with us on service delivery in this beautiful country ? 🇹🇭

Then it quickly hit me, They cant.

I am now back in the office after the 3 hour drive, More emails and more people to help and most likely another 4am before i get to sleep.

Day 4.

Went to bed at 1am. Woke up at 4:30am. Drove down south at 5am. Arrived at 8am.😴

Today me and the team went to start the first day of packing for our client who is shipping a container over to Europe.

We started the day with fantastic momentum, Efficent and professional packing. The team have all been very polite and respectful to our client ( They always are * Very important ) 🤝

Most of the day we were outside packing, Turned on some subtle music which the client was very happy to hear and also had some jokes with us ( No women no cry to be precise lol )

The day was pretty much finished, We cleaned everything, stacked everything and told our client we will be back tomorrow to finish the remaining 10cbm.

He was very happy with this as he said "Tonight I am going to the Local weekly market with his dog "

I was very impressed when he said this, What a great guy.

Anyway, after we finished at the property the team headed off. I decided that i would stay at the same place my team were staying at, We rocked up to this roadside lodge type of complex.

Honestly..... 😬

I loved it haha, Got myself a little shack type of room and sat with the team for the evening, had some food and drinks, Done some emails and pretty much had some great laughs and talks with my team.

Day 3.

Thought I give up right ?....🤫

No surrender is the motive this week.

Today was a pretty fast paced day, Team went out to handle a small export job and our client sent me this message during the packing.

I found it quite funny and really made me think like WOW even without me there my team are showing respect and manners.

Stuff like this goes a VERY long way, Trust me!
It makes me very proud to have such hard working and respectful team members. 🧧

Day 2.

Today was a little bit weird....😅

I was the only person in the office.

I was the only person calling clients and closing deals.

I knew I had to do what everyone else was not doing to propel ARKAY into 2023....🙋‍♂️

My morning started with a Coffee followed by Mediation and praying. 4x2 Hour work blocks whilst i enjoy some classical music in my headquarters.

I must admit I spent way to much time on my phone in between work blocks. The phone is going into the safe until the evening from now on apart from my Midday Live video.
