Are you an experienced logistics professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate confidently in English and Mandarin? We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our cross-border logistics operations and support the General Manager in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist GM to Lead and manage daily transportation and logistics team to ensure service excellence and fullfill customer expectation.
✅ To oversee team transport planning, customer feedback (Chat and email response time) subcontractor management, and daily operational performance, always on standby across the week including Public holiday shipment monitoring.
✅ To monitor and ensure team work closely with customers, overseas agents, transport partners, customs brokers and internal team to ensure smooth ex*****on of shipments.
✅ Support GM in any job assignment from time to time including not limited to business development activities, sales presentations, and strategic account management.
✅ To participate in customer meetings and commercial discussions.
✅ Identify new business opportunities, set up contractor support effectively and operational efficiency to maximize the company profit.
✅ Assist GM in preparing management reports, costing and quotation where necessary.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
✔ Strong knowledge of cross-border trucking and logistics operations.
✔ Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
✔ Proficient in English (spoken/writing) and basic Chinese Mandarin if possible (spoken or written).
✔ Ability to conduct business meetings, negotiations, customer presentations, and operational discussions.
✔ Strong customer relationship management skills.
✔ Experience working with regional customers and partners across ASEAN and China is highly preferred.
✔ Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities when required.

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
✅ ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการทั่วไป (GM) ในการนำและบริหารจัดการทีมขนส่งและโลจิสติกส์ในแต่ละวัน เพื่อความเป็นเลิศในการบริการและตอบสนองความคาดหวังของลูกค้า
✅ กำกับดูแลการวางแผนการขนส่งของทีม, การตอบรับข้อเสนอแนะของลูกค้า (ความเร็วในการตอบกลับแชทและอีเมล), การบริหารจัดการผู้รับเหมาช่วง (Subcontractor) และผลการดำเนินงานรายวัน รวมถึงพร้อมสแตนบายตลอดทั้งสัปดาห์เพื่อตรวจสอบการจัดส่งสินค้าในวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์
✅ ติดตามและดูแลให้ทีมงานทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับลูกค้า, ตัวแทนในต่างประเทศ (Overseas Agents), พันธมิตรด้านการขนส่ง, ชิปปิ้ง (Customs Brokers) และทีมงานภายใน เพื่อให้การส่งมอบสินค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
✅ สนับสนุนผู้จัดการทั่วไป (GM) ในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามโอกาส รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง กิจกรรมการพัฒนาธุรกิจ, การนำเสนองานขาย (Sales Presentations) และการบริหารจัดการลูกค้ารายสำคัญเชิงกลยุทธ์ (Strategic Account Management)
✅ เข้าร่วมการประชุมกับลูกค้าและการเจรจาต่อรองทางธุรกิจ
✅ แสวงหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ๆ จัดตั้งและประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงานเพื่อสร้างกำไรสูงสุดให้แก่บริษัท
✅ ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการทั่วไป (GM) ในการจัดทำรายงานการจัดการ, การคำนวณต้นทุน และการทำใบเสนอราคาตามความเหมาะสม
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
✔️ วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์, การจัดการโซ่อุปทาน (Supply Chain), บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
✔️ มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านโลจิสติกส์ การขนส่ง หรือการจัดการโซ่อุปทานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี และต้องมีประสบการณ์ในระดับหัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
✔️ มีความรู้ความเข้าใจอย่างถ่องแท้เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจการขนส่งสินค้าด้วยรถบรรทุกข้ามพรมแดน (Cross-border Trucking) และระบบปฏิบัติการโลจิสติกส์
✔️ มีความสามารถในการเป็นผู้นำ การแก้ปัญหา และการตัดสินใจที่พิสูจน์ได้
✔️ สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ฟัง/พูด/อ่าน/เขียน) และหากมีความรู้ภาษาจีนกลางขั้นพื้นฐาน (พูดหรือเขียน) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
✔️ มีความสามารถในการดำเนินประชุมทางธุรกิจ, การเจรจาต่อรอง, การนำเสนองานให้ลูกค้า และการหารือด้านปฏิบัติการ
