WICE คว้า AGM Checklist ปี 69 เต็ม 100 คะแนน ตอกย้ำธรรมาภิบาลแกร่ง

บริษัท ไวส์ โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ WICE ได้รับคะแนนประเมินโครงการ “การประเมินคุณภาพการจัดประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้น” หรือ AGM Checklist ประจำปี 2569

นายชูเดช คงสุนทร กรรมการผู้จัดการ ส่วนงานพัฒนาธุรกิจกลุ่มบริษัท เปิดเผยว่า บริษัทฯ เดินหน้าขยายเครือข่ายฐานลูกค้าและเส้นทางการค้าในระดับภูมิภาคอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมเสริมศักยภาพการให้บริการเพื่อรองรับการขยายตลาดสหรัฐอเมริกาและความต้องการด้านการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศที่เพิ่มขึ้น ควบคู่กับการต่อยอดธุรกิจ Supply Chain Solutions เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการให้บริการโลจิสติกส์แบบครบวงจร และสร้างโอกาสการเติบโตของกลุ่มบริษัทในระยะยาว

WICE รับประกาศนียบัตรการเข้าร่วมโครงการการประยุกต์ใช้ Internal Carbon Pricing (ICP) รุ่นที่ 1 เสริมสร้าง Business Resilience ผ่านการบริหารราคาคาร์บอนภายในองค์กร

WICE ได้รับการคัดเลือกเป็นหนึ่งใน 35 องค์กรที่เข้าร่วม โครงการการประยุกต์ใช้ราคาคาร์บอนภายในองค์กร (Internal Carbon Pricing: ICP) และการใช้งาน ICP Platform ประจำปี 2569 ซึ่งจัดโดยองค์การบริหารจัดการก๊าซเรือนกระจก (องค์การมหาชน) (TGO) ร่วมกับบริษัท เดอะ ครีเอจี้ จำกัด โดย WICE ได้รับคัดเลือกเป็นหนึ่งในองค์กร รุ่นที่ 1 ของโครงการ

ในโอกาสนี้ WICE ได้รับประกาศนียบัตรในฐานะองค์กรผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ โดยมีฝ่าย Sustainability Development เป็นผู้แทนบริษัทเข้าร่วมการอบรมระหว่างวันที่ 16–17 มิถุนายน 2569 และผ่านหลักสูตรตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการบริหารจัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ พร้อมเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การดำเนินธุรกิจคาร์บอนต่ำอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

โครงการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้องค์กรนำ Internal Carbon Pricing (ICP) มาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจ โดยช่วยประเมินต้นทุนจากการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก สนับสนุนการวางแผนการลงทุน การบริหารความเสี่ยง และการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการแข่งขันและความยืดหยุ่นทางธุรกิจ (Business Resilience) ท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่เศรษฐกิจคาร์บอนต่ำ

WICE มีแผนนำองค์ความรู้และแนวทางที่ได้รับจากโครงการมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินงานอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เพื่อสนับสนุนการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้พลังงาน ส่งเสริมการลงทุนด้านโลจิสติกส์คาร์บอนต่ำ และยกระดับความร่วมมือกับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจในการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน

การได้รับคัดเลือกเข้าร่วมโครงการและได้รับประกาศนียบัตรในครั้งนี้ นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญของ WICE ในการยกระดับการบริหารจัดการด้านความยั่งยืน ตอกย้ำความพร้อมในการรับมือกับกฎระเบียบและมาตรการด้านคาร์บอนที่มีแนวโน้มเข้มข้นขึ้นในอนาคต พร้อมสร้างคุณค่าร่วมให้แก่ผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย และขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่การเติบโตอย่างมั่นคง ยั่งยืน และมีความยืดหยุ่นทางธุรกิจ ท่ามกลางความท้าทายจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและเศรษฐกิจโลกที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว

WICE Receives Certificate of Participation in the First Cohort of the Internal Carbon Pricing (ICP) Program, Reinforcing Business Resilience through Strategic Carbon Management

WICE has been selected as one of 35 organizations to participate in the 2026 Internal Carbon Pricing (ICP) and ICP Platform Implementation Program, organized by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO) in collaboration with The Creagy Co., Ltd. The Company is honored to be among the organizations participating in the first cohort of this national capacity-building initiative.

As part of the program, WICE was awarded a Certificate of Participation, with representatives from the Company's Sustainability Development Department successfully completing the training program held on 16–17 June 2026. This achievement reflects WICE's continued commitment to strengthening its climate governance capabilities and enhancing organizational readiness for the transition toward a low-carbon economy.

The program is designed to promote the adoption of Internal Carbon Pricing (ICP) as a strategic management tool that enables organizations to integrate carbon considerations into business decision-making. By assigning an internal value to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, ICP supports organizations in assessing carbon-related costs, strengthening climate risk management, informing capital allocation and investment decisions, and improving long-term strategic planning. Ultimately, the approach enhances organizational competitiveness and reinforces business resilience amid an increasingly complex regulatory, investor scrutiny, and volatile market landscape.

Building on the knowledge and practical insights gained from the program, WICE will progressively integrate Internal Carbon Pricing into its sustainability and business strategies. The Company intends to leverage ICP to support greenhouse gas emissions reduction initiatives, improve energy efficiency, accelerate investments in low-carbon logistics solutions, and strengthen collaboration with customers, suppliers, and business partners to reduce emissions across the value chain.

Participation in the program and the receipt of this certificate represent another important milestone in WICE's sustainability journey. It underscores the Company's proactive approach to preparing for evolving climate-related regulations and carbon market mechanisms while creating long-term value for stakeholders. Through the continuous enhancement of its climate management capabilities, WICE remains committed to delivering sustainable business growth, strengthening organizational resilience, and contributing to the transition toward a low-carbon and sustainable future.

WICE Group Earns Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) Certification for the Second Consecutive Year, Reinforcing Its Commitment to Net Zero and Sustainable Growth

On 16 July 2026, WICE Group was awarded the Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certification for the second consecutive year by the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO). The certification reflects the Group’s continued commitment to systematic greenhouse gas (GHG) management and its long-term sustainability journey.

The certificates were received by Ms. Thitimar Tantikulsuntorn, Group Managing Director Corporate Support, on behalf of WICE Logistics Public Company Limited, and Mr. Pratchaya Srisaento, Head of Supply Chain Solutions, on behalf of WICE Supply Chain Solutions

Receiving the CFO certification for the second consecutive year demonstrates WICE Group’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its environmental management practices through a robust greenhouse gas management system. The Group has continuously enhanced its processes for GHG data collection, calculation, monitoring, and reporting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and traceability in accordance with internationally recognized standards.

These efforts support increasing expectations from customers, investors, business partners, and other stakeholders, while also preparing the organization for evolving climate-related disclosure requirements and the global transition toward a low-carbon economy.
