Run by people from where batchoy originated from, they have managed to preserve the authenticity of the batchoy - miles away from Iloilo.

Pic taken along the famous Mae Hong Son loop during the annual field burning practice of farmers in northern Thailand. (They usually do this at the early months of the year.)

Sadly these fires cannot be effectively controlled and can often spill over, setting fire on neighboring lands as well as some parts of the forest reserve.

We felt like daredevils going through roads with flames on both sides of the road. Truly a one of a kind experience.
