Not sure which coffee beans are right for your home setup? ☕️

The brewing method matters, but so does the roast.

At Why Coffee and bar, we roast coffee in three main different styles, depending on how you like to drink it.

☕️ Espresso & Milk-based drinks
Our two main house roasts are
DAILY — Medium Roast
BOLD — Dark Roast.
These are the two coffees we use across most of our menu.

💧V60 / Pour Over
If you enjoy a brighter, more aromatic cup, our Light Roasts are a great choice.

Our current Thai selections include:

🇹🇭 Doi Pak Gud, Mae Hong Son
Natural Process
Floral • Strawberry • Rum Raisin

🇹🇭 Mae Jan Tai, Chiang Rai
Anaerobic Natural Process
Cherry • Red Wine • Chocolate

We also have a few international light roasts available at the shop, including Panama Geisha, Kenya, Tanzania and Indonesia Sumatra. Though these are currently limited and available in-store only.

พานินี่ของเราใช้ Homemade Sourdough ที่หมักด้วยยีสต์ธรรมชาติ และทาด้วยเนยแท้ 100% ก่อนนำไปหนีบร้อนด้วยเครื่อง Panini Press ได้สัมผัสด้านนอกกรอบ ด้านในนุ่ม ✨

ตอนนี้มีทั้งหมด 4 แบบ และในอนาคตเราจะมีเมนูใหม่ ๆ เพิ่มขึ้นอีกค่ะ!
