Due to severe flooding and continuous heavy rain across the area, traffic and transport conditions have become highly unpredictable, and we are unable to complete deliveries on time.

🚩 We regret to inform you that the following luggage delivery services will be temporarily suspended from 26 to 28 September 2026:
1. Bangkok In-town
2. Between Bangkok and Pattaya
3. Nationwide Same-day
4. Nationwide Next-day
5. Nationwide Within 5 Days

🏔️ Chiang Mai In-town and Phuket In-town services will continue to operate as normal.

🚧 Important travel advice
We recommend that all passengers carry their luggage with them to the airport and allow at least 3–4 hours of extra travel time to avoid missing their flight.

Refunds
As this disruption is caused by a natural disaster beyond our control, customers with bookings during this period are kindly asked to request a refund through the channel where they made their booking.

The suspended services will resume on 29 September 2026. We will notify you of any further changes.
