📅 - 1 พฤษภาคม: วันแรงงานแห่งชาติ
วันนี้เป็นวันหยุดราชการ พัทยาจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ มากมาย เช่น พิธีเฉลิมพระเกียรติอนุสาวรีย์พระนเรศวร ณ สวนพระนเรศวร และกิจกรรมกีฬาต่างๆ เช่น การวิ่งมาราธอนระหว่างจังหวัดที่จัดโดยชมรมวิ่งต่างๆ ตามแนวชายหาดพัทยาใต้ นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับดนตรีสดที่เพลสสยามพัทยา และร้านอาหารต่างๆ รอบชายหาดจะจัดโปรโมชั่นพิเศษสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว
- 3-5 พฤษภาคม: เทศกาลอาหารทะเลชายหาด
จัดขึ้นที่บริเวณชายหาดพัทยาตอนกลาง เทศกาลนี้มีศิลปินมาปรุงอาหารทะเลสดใหม่จากชาวประมงท้องถิ่น เมนูเด่น ได้แก่ ปลากะพงทอดกรอบ กุ้งย่างพริกสด ปลาแซลมอนย่าง และอาหารทะเลย่างอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย นอกจากนี้ยังมีการแสดงดนตรีไทยสมัยใหม่และการแข่งขันทำอาหารทะเลระหว่างร้านอาหารที่เข้าร่วม
📅 8-10 พฤษภาคม: เทศกาลพิพิธภัณฑ์สัตว์น้ำและสวนสัตว์พัทยา
จัดขึ้นที่พิพิธภัณฑ์สัตว์น้ำและสวนสัตว์พัทยา - สัตว์น้ำหายาก เช่น ดักแด้ ปลาแพนด้า และปลานาโน จะถูกจัดแสดง และมีการจัดกิจกรรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการอนุรักษ์สัตว์น้ำสำหรับเด็กและผู้ใหญ่ นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถร่วมปล่อยปลาลงทะเลและทำบุญโดยการถวายทานแก่พระสงฆ์ที่สวนสัตว์ได้อีกด้วย
- 12 พฤษภาคม: วันพ่อแห่งชาติ (วันคล้ายวันประสูติของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว)
จะมีพิธีบูชาที่วัดใหญ่ชัยมงคล และวัดต่างๆ ในพัทยาจะจัดพิธีทำบุญ ถวายทานแก่พระสงฆ์ และแสดงศิลปะไทยดั้งเดิม เช่น มโนระ ลิเก และโขน บริเวณรอบๆ วัดจะมีแผงขายของที่ระลึก เช่น พวงมาลัยดอกไม้แห้ง ผลไม้แห้ง และเครื่องประดับเงินไทยดั้งเดิม
- 13-14 พฤษภาคม: เทศกาลดนตรีริมทะเล
จัดขึ้นที่หาดจอมเทียน พบกับนักดนตรีไทยและต่างประเทศ พร้อมการแสดงสดตลอดทั้งวันและคืน บริเวณนั้นจะมีบูธขายอาหาร ของเล่น และผลิตภัณฑ์สร้างสรรค์จากชาวบ้าน คุณสามารถพักผ่อนบนหาดทราย จิบชาไทยเย็น และชมการแสดงต่างๆ ได้
📅 15-17 พฤษภาคม: งานมหกรรมรถยนต์และรถจักรยานยนต์พัทยา
- จัดขึ้นที่พัทยาเซ็นเตอร์แฟร์ พบกับรถยนต์และรถจักรยานยนต์รุ่นใหม่จากผู้ผลิตต่างๆ การแข่งขันรถสปอร์ตในสนามปิด และบูธจัดแสดงเทคโนโลยีรถยนต์ใหม่ๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการแสดงแฟชั่นรถยนต์และเกมสนุกๆ สำหรับครอบครัว
- 19-21 พฤษภาคม: เทศกาลวัฒนธรรมจีนพัทยา
จัดขึ้นที่ซอยไชน่าพัทยา (บริเวณวัดหลงโจว) พบกับการแสดงระบำบอลลูน การแสดงระบำม้า และการแข่งขันทำชีสจีน มีการจัดแสดงอาหารจีนแสนอร่อย เช่น บะหมี่กรอบ หมูผัดสมุนไพร และขนมจีนดั้งเดิม ของที่ระลึก เช่น ถั่วเหลืองทอดกรอบ เครื่องเทศจีน และเครื่องประดับจีนก็มีจำหน่ายเช่นกัน
📅 22-25 พฤษภาคม: เทศกาลดอกไม้และสวนพัทยา
จัดขึ้นที่สวนเกาะลิเพและสวนสาธารณะต่างๆ ในเมือง พบกับการจัดแสดงดอกไม้สวยงามมากมาย เช่น กุหลาบ ดอกไม้สีชมพู และไม้ประดับ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการแข่งขันจัดสวนระหว่างชุมชน คุณสามารถเรียนรู้วิธีการปลูกและดูแลดอกไม้จากชาวสวนในท้องถิ่น และซื้อไม้ประดับไปตกแต่งบ้านได้
- 27 พฤษภาคม: วันชาวมอญพัทยา
จัดขึ้นที่หมู่บ้านมอญ ใกล้หาดน้ำตกห้วยมานาว - มีการแสดงดนตรีพื้นเมืองมอญ การรำมอญ และอาหารมอญรสเลิศ เช่น หมูกรอบผัดผักคะน้า แกงปลาใส่มะนาว และขนมหวานมอญ เช่น ขนมไข่แดง นอกจากนี้ยังมีการจัดแสดงเครื่องแต่งกายพื้นเมืองมอญและจำหน่ายสินค้าพื้นเมือง
- 30-31 พฤษภาคม: เทศกาลแห่งความสุขสิ้นเดือน
จัดขึ้นที่หาดพัทยาใต้ เทศกาลนี้มีกิจกรรมต่างๆ มากมาย เช่น การแข่งขันเดินชายหาด การว่ายน้ำเป็นกลุ่ม และการแสดงไฟบนชายหาดในตอนเย็น ร้านอาหารในบริเวณนั้นจะจัดโปรโมชั่นเมนูพิเศษ และมีการแสดงดนตรีสดตลอดทั้งคืน

📅 May 1: National Labor Day
This is a public holiday. Pattaya hosts several events, such as the ceremony honoring the King Naresuan Monument at King Naresuan Park and social sporting events like inter-provincial marathons organized by various running clubs along South Pattaya Beach. You can also enjoy live music at Place Siam Pattaya, and restaurants around the beach will offer special promotions for tourists.
- May 3-5: Beach Seafood Festival
Held in the central Pattaya beach area, this festival features artists preparing fresh seafood from local fishermen. Highlights include crispy fried sea bass, grilled prawns with fresh chili, grilled salmon, and many other grilled seafood dishes. There will also be modern Thai music performances and seafood cooking competitions between participating restaurants.
📅 May 8-10: Pattaya Aquarium and Zoo Festival
Held at Pattaya Aquarium and Zoo. - Rare aquatic animals such as pupae, panda fish, and nanofish are on display, and educational activities about aquatic conservation are offered to children and adults. You can also participate in releasing fish into the sea and making merit by offering alms to monks at the zoo.
- May 12th: National Father's Day (Birthday of King Rama I)
There will be worship ceremonies at Wat Yai Chai Mongkol and various temples in Pattaya will hold merit-making ceremonies, offering alms to monks, and showcasing traditional Thai arts such as Manora, Likay, and Khon. The area around the temples will have stalls selling local souvenirs such as dried flower garlands, dried fruits, and traditional Thai silver jewelry.
- May 13-14: Seaside Music Festival
Held at Jomtien Beach, featuring Thai and international musicians, with live performances throughout the day and night. The area will have booths selling food, toys, and creative products from local villagers. You can relax on the sand, sip on iced Thai tea, and watch the performances.

- Held at Pattaya Center Fair, featuring new car and motorcycle models from various manufacturers, a sports car race on a closed track, and booths showcasing new automotive technologies. There will also be car fashion shows and fun family games.
- May 19-21: Pattaya Chinese Culture Festival
Held at Soi China Pattaya (around Longzhou Temple), featuring balloon dances, horse dances, and Chinese cheese competitions. There will be a showcase of delicious Chinese food such as crispy noodles, herb-fried pork, and traditional Chinese desserts. Souvenirs like crispy soybeans, Chinese spices, and Chinese jewelry will also be available for sale.

Held at South Pattaya Beach, this festival includes various activities such as a beach crawl competition, group swimming, and a fire show on the beach in the evening. Restaurants around the area will offer special menu promotions, and there will be live music throughout the night.
