A young couple that knows YACHTING more than 15 years has decided to open up a new company which makes difference in the full service for yachts. Ersun is the one with technical skills and brain whereas the beautiful wife Ceylan has the good communication and service skills and both promising for the ultimate service that a Yacht can get in their region.

“We love what we are doing and we are good

at it” is the bold statement that they announce and the couple is reaching the most demanding clients’ satisfactory by the motto of "service matters". Throughout the years the experienced gained by all handicaps is their solution for even the most difficult encounters. This page has been written by a captain friend of us. Thanks a million to him.

This is the part that rarely gets filmed.
Survey items being closed one by one. Subcontractors sequenced across a tight schedule. Technical decisions made in real time, on the ground, often under pressure.
Our role on AIR wasn't to observe — it was to keep every party aligned, every day, from the Owner's team and the Captain through to the yard and every specialist contractor involved.
The gap between a project that delivers and one that doesn't is almost always in the coordination. This is what it looks like.

AIR didn't come to Türkiye as a new project. This was a return.

We've been supporting AIR in these waters since 2017 — agency coordination, fast-turnaround maintenance, provisioning, operational support. The kind of work that builds trust over seasons, not over a single project.

When the decision was made to bring AIR back for a major refit of this scale, that foundation was part of why Türkiye made sense. It shaped how the project was set up, how communication ran and how the team responded when the pressure was on.

Eight years. One team. One standard.

AIR, Türkiye'ye yeni bir proje olarak gelmedi. Bu bir geri dönüştü.

2017'den bu yana AIR'i bu sularda destekliyoruz — acente koordinasyonu, hızlı dönüşümlü bakım, ikmal, operasyonel destek. Tek bir proje üzerinde değil, sezonlar içinde güven inşa eden türden çalışmalar.

Bu ölçekte büyük bir refit için AIR'i geri getirme kararı alındığında, bu temel Türkiye'nin neden mantıklı olduğunun bir parçasıydı. Projenin nasıl kurulduğunu, iletişimin nasıl işlediğini ve baskı altında ekibin nasıl yanıt verdiğini şekillendirdi.

Sekiz yıl. Tek ekip. Tek standart.

Of everything in AIR's refit scope, the paint program was the most visible — and among the most technically demanding.
Full superstructure repaint. Complete matt black hull coating. These are not routine works. Surface preparation alone requires detailed planning, the right products, controlled conditions and qualified hands throughout.
We coordinated the involvement of Pinmar — one of the world's leading superyacht painting specialists — brought from Spain specifically for this project. Their work on AIR is a clear demonstration of what the right partner and the right preparation can deliver.
The result was worth every hour of coordination.

Doğru tersaneyi seçmek, her büyük refinın ilk ve en belirleyici kararlarından biridir.
AIR'in programı için Akyacht; mevcudiyetin rekabetçi ve zamanlamanın her şey olduğu bir piyasada, bu ölçekteki bir projeyi yürütmek için gereken teknik altyapıyı, operasyonel kapasiteyi ve ortamı sağladı.
2005'ten bu yana Türkiye'nin süperyat sektöründe çalışıyoruz. AIR'i bu sularda 2017'den bu yana destekliyoruz. Bu birikim, projenin nasıl kurulduğunu, ilişkilerin nasıl yönetildiğini ve sonuçta teslimatın nasıl gerçekleştiğini şekillendirdi.

Choosing the right shipyard is one of the first and most consequential decisions in any major refit.

For AIR's program, Akyacht provided the technical infrastructure, the operational capacity and the environment needed to run a project of this scale — in a market where availability is competitive and timing is everything.

We've been working in Türkiye's superyacht sector since 2005. We've been supporting AIR in these waters since 2017. That history shaped how this project was set up, how relationships were managed and ultimately how the delivery was achieved.

Türkiye's position as a serious refit destination for large yachts continues to grow. AIR is a reference point for what's possible here.

A 15-year Lloyd’s Register class survey is never just another shipyard period.

For M/Y AIR, the project brought together major mechanical and propulsion overhauls, tank maintenance, class survey requirements, interior upgrades, and one of the most visible transformations of all — a complete superstructure repaint and partial matt black hull coating executed by Pinmar, specially mobilised from Spain for this project.

Behind every completed milestone stood months of planning, coordination and ex*****on. Owners, Captain, shipyard teams, contractors and specialists all working towards a single objective.

Large refit projects are not defined by individual work packages. They are defined by how effectively hundreds of moving parts come together as one.

This is what refit management looks like behind the scenes.
