Our founders, Musa Colak and Islam Colak have continued their activities of bus transport service together under the company name of Mi Tur after 1994, where they both have started this business individually in 1984. While only student bus service used to be performed during the initial years, they have started to have their activities for personnel bus service and for tourism transporta
tion also as the years went by. Mi Tur Tourism has been providing its services for many years in the field of bus transport service since it was founded through its approach of making no compromises for its quality and safety concept and with its growing number of fleet of vehicles that are renewed regularly. Our company, which resolves every kind of problem it faces in short time by finding creative solutions through its specialist and experienced management staff, continues to provide its bus transport service for our children as they will be grown ups of tomorrow with the slogan of " It bears the responsibility primarily". Mi Tur Tourism unites hundreds of students with their scholls and with their loved ones on every new day with security and in comfort. We perform transportation service of our customers by fulfilling the responsibility and the commercial undertakings at maximum conditions in order to cater for their requirements and expectations with minumum of error with confidence and in a way that is suitable for the innovations of the era. Provision of seat belts on each of the seats and companion hostess application, which we have started during the beginning of the 1999 – 2000 education year, have been made compulsory for all of the student bus transport services since we had led this as the Mi Tur Tourism. Hostess or a counselling teacher are present at services. Getting on and off the services are performed under the guidance of the counselling teacher
Seat Belt
Students, who use the services wear their seat belts under the guidance of the counselling teacher. Drivers do not smoke inside of the vehicles and they do not allow for others to smoke. First Aid Kit and Traffic Set
First aid kits and traffic sets are availablein all of the vehicles. Leave home on time
Getting on the school services should be on time. Each of the students, who
are late, could cause the driver to speed up. Recommendation of the Mi Tur Tourism
Control of the tyre tread depth and control of the brakes should be performed frequently. Windows, which could be reached by the students quite easily, are made non opening in the vehicles. Doors of the vehicles can only be opened and closed automatically by the driver only. Our company, which is conscious that the student transportation is much more important than other transportation means, takes the necessary precautions by performing careful and decisive activities. We have been providing our student transportation services for more than 30 years with our latest model vehicles and by also applying the latest technology as we comply with the rules of the transport service regulation of the directorate of public transportation services. We also participate at special services certificate programs as well as the trainings that are being provided for our employees regularly as first aid training, fire fighting training and advanced driving techniques (ISO 9001 and TSE) in order to take our services further. Defensive driving techniques training is planned within the framework of the
personnel training. Actions to be taken for our safety
* Primarily, personnel of the vehicle should be good humoured, respectful, in suitable way with the appearance principles and should be readily available as the students leave their homes.
* By considering the safety concept first, it is the pre-condition of our company that the seat belts are worn by all the students before the vehicle drives and this has to be controlled by the counsellor hostess.
* The speeds of 50 km/h for inner city and 110 km/h for motorways, which have been determined by our company as the limits, are not exceeded and this is controlled throughout the day with the GPS system. Arguments with drivers of other vehicles and racingwith other vehicles are not engaged during travelling.
* Students are handed over to the guards or the parents as they get off thevehicle at service points under the control of the hostess and demand of anystudent, who would require to get off at a place other than the service point, is strictly turned down. PERSONNEL TRANSPORTATION
We pick up the personnel of the companies from their homes, with whom we operate with, at times that are determined on agreements and leave them back to their homes at the end of their work in comfortable and in safe way by making the timely arrival without cousing for loss of work as our principle. We provide our services continually on the transport routes that we provide our services every day and we provide insurance for all of the personnel. TOURISM TRANSPORTATION
All of our drivers are good humoured persons, who work with in our company with insured employment, who have undergone commercial vehicle driving certificates and have completed all of the trainings and seminars successfully and who are open for development and who are at the peak of their experiences, who are responsible and who obey by the traffic rules at the maximum level. All of our service vehicles are new and modern. Internal and external cleaning of all the vehicles are carried out regularly in order that our passengers can have enjoyable travelling experience. Entry on the system is made by the users and it is only possible with the use of user name and password that have been previously provided. Entry on the system is made with the password from www.arvento.com address through the Arvento web software, as they are our solution partners. Users can monitor through all of the computers, which have internet connections, with the use of advanced maps on the web provider. Parents of students could control with the use of the system whether the vehicle had exceeded the speed limits or not by seeing the arrival times of their children to the scholl or back to the home. The scholl management and the parents can control automatically the over speed that the vehicles make, the route that the vehicle follow and whether the vehicle had reached the scholl or the home on time or not. Users can monitor the system on-line through their mobile telephones with new generation applications. They can monitor through all kinds of mobile devices that have GPS feature and have BlackBerry, Nokia, iPhone, iPad and Ardroid processing systems.
