You gotta get this: LEG STRENGTH!
Take '"The 14 Day Wall Sit Challenge."
• Find a wall.
• Get out your paper and pencil.
• Time yourself 2x each day.
• Write down the date and number of seconds that you can hold this "wall sit" position.
• Watch your times, tone and strength increase!
How to Maintain Proper Form:
• Lower yourself so that your quads are parallel to the ground.
• Keep a 90° right angle at the hips and knees.
• Keep your back and head to the wall.
• Rest your arms.
• Breathe slow, deep, relaxed breaths.
