🚀 Empty for the journey, built to carry up to 68 tonnes each.

In scrap transport, the demands on a wagon begin with loading. Heavy material dropped from above subjects the body to repeated impact, while abrasive cargo puts the floor and walls through daily wear.

That’s why our Eanos 82.7 m³ uses Hardox steel in its sidewall columns, inner sheets and floor plate. These material choices address the impact and abrasion of everyday operations, with the aim of extending service life and reducing maintenance needs.

With approximately 22 tonnes of tare weight, each wagon offers 82.7 m³ of loading volume for scrap, ore and other heavy bulk cargo. 💙

🚀 INTRODUCING: A new solution, built around real operational needs.

Developed by GÖKRAIL in close collaboration with GATX Rail Europe, our new tipping container system is purpose-built for the efficient handling of bulk materials used in railway construction. It enables materials to be discharged quickly, safely and in either direction.

Its PLC-controlled hydraulic system lifts each container to the required angle, while an integrated generator allows the system to operate independently of external power sources. Remote operation, safe access and ease of maintenance were considered from the very beginning. Because, good engineering is not only about making a system work. It is about making it work better for the people using it.

The result is more than a standard freight wagon. It is a purpose-built solution designed for the realities of day-to-day operations.

With the design now complete, production is underway for GATX Rail Europe.

🚀 2021 yılından bu yana INTECRO ile sürdürdüğümüz çözüm ortaklığımız kapsamında, robotik üretim süreçlerimizde önemli bir kilometre taşına daha ulaştık: 10.000. bojimizi üretmiş bulunuyoruz.

Bu başarı; güçlü mühendislik altyapısının, doğru teknoloji seçiminin ve uzun soluklu iş birliğinin üretimde nasıl somut değer yarattığını gösteriyor.

Süreç boyunca çözüm odaklı yaklaşımları, teknik destekleri ve güven veren iletişimleriyle yanımızda olan Intecro Robotics ekibine teşekkür ederiz.

Gökrail olarak üretim gücümüzü artıran, süreçlerimizi ileri taşıyan ve bizi geleceğin üretim standartlarına yaklaştıran bu ortaklığı yeni projelerle daha da güçlendirmeyi hedefliyoruz.

🔵 Manufactured in line with TSI WAG, EN, and UIC standards, Gökrail Eanos wagons are built to support reliable bulk transport across Europe.

🇹🇷 Eanos açık yük vagonu; kömür, cevher, taş, briket ve hurda gibi dökme yüklerin taşınması için tasarlanmıştır.

82,5 m³ yükleme hacmiyle, zorlu yük taşımacılığı operasyonlarında ihtiyaç duyulan kapasite ve dayanıklılığı sunar.

TSI WAG, EN ve UIC standartlarına uygun olarak üretilen Eanos vagonları, Avrupa genelinde dökme yük taşımacılığını desteklemek için göreve başladı.
