TAIWAN #1 : Taiwan ranked No. 1 in East Asia and No. 5 globally among the best countries to relocate to, scoring 71.4 out of 100 in a report by relocation platform Rumavi.
Taiwan was especially recommended for families, ranking No. 2 worldwide, thanks to its strong digital infrastructure, quality and affordable healthcare, safety, and overall livability.
It scored 89 for digital infrastructure, 85 for healthcare quality, 76 for safety and stability, and 75.2 for livability and health.
However, the report noted challenges including language barriers, climate risks, air quality and restrictive residency options.
