Behind every delicious bowl lies incredible dedication. The owner of Zhouji wakes up at 2:00 AM every night to prepare the toppings and syrup. Hand-sliced taro balls, piece by piece. 各位知道什麼是天堂一般的工作嗎？
就是幫翻譯研究所的學生們做示範導覽！不管我亂講什麼（啊不是😂），學生們都好認真地狂抄筆記。去年我們一起走讀大稻埕，今年則是深入萬華。看著他們專注的眼神，連我都深深被這份拚勁和青春氣息給感染了。

當然，這麼夢幻的工作也不是天天有，充飽電後，很快又要回去面對眼神死的國中生了（天公伯啊～～給我力量 🧘‍♀️）

What does an absolute dream job look like? For me, it’s giving a demonstration tour for Graduate Institute of Translation and Interpretation students!

No matter what kind of nonsense I talk about (just kidding! 🤪), they are always right there, furiously taking notes. Last year we explored Dadaocheng, and this year we took on Wanhua. Walking alongside them, I couldn't help but be infected by their incredible drive and vibe of youth.

Just look at that big smile on Eva’s face in the photos—you can tell exactly how happy I was! 🥰

Of course, these dream gigs don't happen every day. Pretty soon, it’s back to reality and facing zombified junior high students again (Oh lord, I need meditation! 🧘‍♀️).
