U Ming is honoured to be a member of the Rio Tinto Designated Owners and Operators (DOO) program.
Following a series of DOO initiatives, including office audits and Master Coaching sessions, both our office staff and crew members have developed a stronger awareness of safety. This has helped reinforce our safety culture and has contributed to a meaningful reduction in the likelihood of work related injuries on board.
In the video, remarks from the Chief Operating Officer of U-Ming, along with testimonials from leaders of other DOO member companies, further highlight the safety improvements achieved since joining the DOO program.
