Not every girls' trip is a beach and a cocktail. Some of the best ones are a river.
Jinja for the group chat: a sunset cruise on the Nile with drinks and a playlist, riverside brunch, a spa afternoon on a deck over the water, and just enough adventure to earn the photos. Paddleboard at golden hour, then do absolutely nothing for the rest of the day. That is a real itinerary and it is a good one.

Zorbing. You get inside a giant inflatable ball and roll down a hill and it is exactly as ridiculous and brilliant as it sounds.
Ziplining through forest canopy at Mabira and Griffin Falls, strapped in, feet off the earth, moving faster than feels legal. The country is a lot stranger and more fun than its brochure.

JINJA DOES EVERYTHING.
Two hours from Kampala and it is the most versatile town in the country.
The source of the Nile, where a lake becomes the longest river on earth and you can stand at the exact point it starts. Whitewater for the brave. Stand-up paddleboarding at dawn for the ones who are not. Quad trails, bungee over the river, sunset boat cruises, and some of the best riverside food in Uganda. One town, and a family, a stag group and a solo traveler all leave with a different trip.

A helicopter over Murchison Falls is a completely different country.
From the ground the falls are powerful. From the air you see the whole geometry of it the Nile forcing itself through a seven metre gap and detonating.
Heli transfers also turn a six-hour drive into a forty-minute flight, which for a CEO or a group short on days changes what is possible in a trip entirely.
Scenic flights over the Ssese Islands, Sipi Falls and the crater lakes are all bookable.
