Well Ugandans, heres a thing to learn.Roundabouts.Being in a jam dosent mean the rules dont apply anymore.Taxi drivers are clueless of what to do at roundabouts.They are ever so anxious to get to their destinations and hence flout the rules.They can overlap from anywhere they like. Creating lanes where they are not supposed to be. I wish these fellas can view this and learn to drive within the rules of the game.
