Most schools looks pretty bland, with safe homogeneous colors and uninspired designs, but one hundred graffiti artists have just turned the boring walls of a dormitory in Paris into a stunning celebration of art and creativity.

After 6 years working on sculptures of Lamu/Maweni coral stone carriers we managed to cast one of the statues in bronze. The plaster moulds of the worker Hussein crossed on board of a cargo ship the dangerous path to Europe of African refugees in the Mediterranean Sea and were brought to a Southern German foundry. The statue narrates the tough life of too many on the African continent. Ongoing project.
