HUNGER NEAR KILL ORPHANS AND MINORITY COMMUNITIES IN AS FOOD HAS BECOME A HEAVEN BATTLE IN RURAL AREAS.

today the president of the republic of Uganda addresses the nation on covid-19 lockdown hush conditions that does not favour the poor and the minority groups in Uganda. I received a call from my people in bundibujo and kasese coplaining of the so called donated food that does not reach the minority groups and orphans and other in rural and slam towns.

So am one of the forcal persons in Kasese recently Kasese was seriously heat by flood and the minority community was considered when the relief aid came from government and non governmentally organizations so i stand to as for help on behalf of bundibujo and kasese minority. I mean MSM, transgender, drug addicts, lgbtqi among others. We received few from Alexer and many were left out and the few we had is over so donors come on board.

*WHO IS THE BOSS OF THIS SPLIT PROJECT AS THE COUNCIL DECIDES TO GO FOR COMPREHENSIVE CONSULTATIVE EFFORTS*

I take this opportunity again to welcome and appreciate every body in concern of the split of kasese district into four. The motion has been the today's question which has calamitous to all of the two pulling sides.

All in all the debate had been not easy as you have been hearing it that 800million shilling was released to silence the councilors.

Today's question was not to be solved by the resolutions of the majority and talking long speeches but only to use a comprehensive consultation efforts.
As all arise from the council, the natives are the ones to decide but all these will depend on the methods that they're going to use. Since there is a Roemer of bribe (800m) citizens should avoid that criteria of getting the minorities bribed decisions.

I take this moment to declare the power of a citizens towards this ongoing split. The ward yes or no determines the right thing they want when spoken by the majority over minority

The Power that lies in the hands of local has force council to go in their people for consultations.

I have one call upon the chosen team which is likely to enter the community for research that should use the right methods as to make this satisfactory to whoever in concern.

For this matter therefore,
Our voice, Our decision is all our right.

So ask the people because they know what's wrong and right.

And if time for split is ripe they will openly say yes.

*SILENT PEOPLE ARE DANGEROUS. IT HAS RESULTED INTO THE SPLIT OF KASESE DISTRICT.*
Far and far most, am thankful to God that we are still alive much as we have passed through a lot of disastrous situations formulated by the fellow kaseseans and empowered the above authorities.

KASESE district is formally made up of constituencies and a municipality. But to bring porridge in a bar is talk about a disorganized one busongora. Ever since this constituency have never send a representative who has a vision to work according to the people's will.

What makes matters once is all poeple of this constituency jointed hands together and injected in there resources and time to remove the former mp of busongora who seemed to be disastrous to the feature of this constituency compared to others in kasese.

But what bend and breaks the beards. The mp of this constituency is like a hired agent to disorganize kasese.

Am saying this in reference to events and reports noted on thies of the voters ever since he entered the office.

I think every one still remember the 26-27 mascer of bakonzo. By that the wounds were freshly bleeding the minister of agriculture said that according to behaviors of one mp non other than that one next term he is going to be given a ministry. Voters asked themselves whether it's for thanks that what happened.
In addition, he did the reverse of the other mps when they went to sit for mumbere issues he was seen back deceiving that he has come to settle people. And didn't sign on the icc case sheet against generacide
And this he is the one behind the split of the district.
