345 CSSB Welcome to the page for the 345th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion.

The 345th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion (CSSB) is an Oklahoma Army National Guard unit which is headquartered out of Ada, Oklahoma. The 345th CSSB is a subordinate unit of 90th Troop Command and the Oklahoma Army National Guard, headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK. The Battalion commands four (4) independently numbered companies to include; Headquarters & Headquarters Company 345th CSSB, 124

5th Transportation Company, 745th Military Police Detachment & Company A 777 Aviation Support Battalion. The Battalion has a long history in the Oklahoma Army National Guard and wears the Thunderbird patch as its shoulder sleeve insignia which 90th Troop Command inherited from the 45th Infantry Division.
