This is a driver position for a BCO @ Landstar so you must qualify through their hiring process and have 𝗛𝗮𝘇𝗺𝗮𝘁 endorsement.

Flexible home time at least 21 days working per month
Solo Pay 60/40 of net or 27% of line haul(your choice)
Teams 50/50 of net or 30% of line haul
Be able to sit for long periods of time
Be able to perform the physical labor of tarp, chaining and strapping cargo.
