Great work, Kyle! 🎉

✈️ Customer Service Spotlight: Kyle 🚙

A NetJets flight was just one hour out from our facility when the crew reached out requesting the pre-arranged rental vehicle to be ready plane-side upon arrival.

Kyle quickly discovered that the requested rental was not located locally, and that the vehicle would not make it in time. Rather than let that become a problem for our passengers, Kyle jumped into action!

He quickly secured the largest SUV available, coordinated the delivery ASAP, and made sure the vehicle was waiting plane-side when the aircraft arrived 🚙

The pilot was incredibly grateful and shared:

“You saved the day!! We so appreciate it! I told him to stop in and see you before he leaves with the car.”

As a special "thank you" for going above and beyond, the pilot also presented Kyle with a NetJets Challenge Coin - a pretty awesome recognition of his outstanding customer service! ✈️

👏 Great job, Kyle! Your quick thinking and commitment to our customers made all the difference. We’re proud to have you on the Million Air Syracuse team!
