Nearly 300 b**r and beverage professionals gathered to share ideas and grow as leaders at the fifth annual Making Moves following NBWA's Convention.

Through two days of programming centered on the theme "Built for the Ride Ahead," attendees explored industry trends, developed their leadership skills and gained confidence to put bold ideas into action, while strengthening connections among women across all three industry tiers.

We are excited to announce NBWA’s 2026-2027 Board Chair: Luke Dahlheimer, President of Dahlheimer Beverage.

Luke is a third-generation distributor, community leader and former firefighter. He brings extensive industry experience, including serving three terms as chair of the Minnesota B**r Wholesalers Association.

“Let’s continue to show the country what independent beverage distributors have always done best: connect people, build communities and deliver value every single day,” he told attendees at NBWA’s 89th Annual Convention.
