Steve Michener & Clarence Hall
Steve Michener and Clarence Hall continue to show what it means to be an elite Premier Professional driver. Over the past several weeks, our Training Department has needed extra support, and both Steve and Clarence stepped up without hesitation. When asked to help with trainees, they answered the call and brought their experience, professionalism, and willingness to help where it was needed most. Their support has made a real difference for the Training team and for the drivers learning from them. Steven Dowler has been driving for PGT since 2015. As a Lease Purchase Driver, Steven continues to be a valued member of our fleet. Steven is someone we can always count on for his consistency, professionalism, and dedication. He takes excellent care of his equipment, provides dependable service to our customers, and is always willing to help when someone needs support. Recently, Steven stepped up to help when another driver was in need, keeping the team informed throughout the process and making sure everything was handled the right way. Michael DeMateo
Michael DeMateo is a Special Projects Manager on our Data Analytics team, and he continues to make a strong impact across PGT. Most recently, Michael developed and launched a new software tool that helps us operate more efficiently while giving our teams greater visibility throughout our processes. Michael is someone we can count on for high-level, complex projects because he consistently rises to the challenge and delivers strong results. His knowledge, reliability, and ability to work through difficult tasks have earned the trust of teams across the organization and our senior leadership. That trust was recognized this past May when Michael received the PGT MVP of the Year Award, a testament to the impact he continues to make at our company.
