As the State appears to keep trying to place more of the financial hardship on our small rural and frontier communities and counties, this is where the rubber meets the road. Our doors will be open in Valentine, NE on April 23rd, from 11-2, to assist individuals with completing the short survey. OPT will be available through April 30, 2026, to answer questions and survey assistance. We appreciate your support. Thank you. (OPT: 308-761-8747)
