Otwell Services is experiencing strong growth across our heavy civil construction operations, and we’re continuing to invest in the team behind it. As we expand our Preconstruction Department, we’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team and play a key role in the next stage of Otwell Services’ growth.

This role will manage the estimating and pre-construction process from opportunity identification and detailed takeoffs to vendor/subcontractor quotes, bid reviews, and proposal submissions. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project management or estimating experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

March – Johnny Saucier: Johnny has been with Otwell for over a year and continues to exceed expectations as a driver. His positive attitude and commitment to doing the job right make him a great example of the Otwell standard.

April – Eric Mulkey: Eric joined the Otwell team about nine months ago and has brought a positive attitude and great approach to every day. His energy has become infectious around the Baton Rouge office and makes him a valued part of the team.
