Rib Roll. Worcestershire,salt,pepper,garlic on stovetop or oven at 500 to sear in the cast iron skillet quickly 3.5 minutes per side. Remove it add cut up onion until browned then add in order mustard, pepper, beef stock, water, carrot, mushrooms, garlic then slow it down to 225 and add back the prime rib, rosemary, thyme. Watch it until it gets to 128-130 internally for prime and depending on how you want it done the range is 125-130 and depends on the marbling. Prime or choice rib rolls can take 3-7 hours.
