Why the warning was issued:**
* **Assault Risks:** Multiple tourists have reported being targeted by jet ski operators on popular beaches (like Cabbage and Junkanoo) who take passengers to isolated areas and assault them.
* **Safety & Accidents:** The jet ski industry there is highly unregulated. Unlicensed, reckless operators have caused severe, life-threatening accidents resulting in emergency medical evacuations.
