As a property manager you will be in charge of scheduling services, origination of the boats and vehicles. Keeping the ground nice and clean. We are looking for someone that's able to operate a forklift as well as the boats/campers on top of that.

Manager of the self-storage facility must be able to move U-Haul trucks and be computer literate, the position requires customer service skills some light physical labor. Must be a self-starter very organized person. Please show examples of ways that you have been a self-starter and self-motivated person in your life.

Job Requirements Consist of

- Uhaul Management Renting and returning Uhaul trucks
- Check customers in and out of storage units
- Post ads on social media Facebook and Instagram
- Take customer calls
- Clean and prepare units
- Walk around the facility and inspect units
- Organize customer files
- Ensure proper documentation for all customer services
- Email and mail invoices
- Make calls to customers who are past due or have expiring credit cards
- Other tasks as well
