It's all for sale - Truck, 3 Trailers and OS/OW Trucking Business with MC #
We are a Louisiana (keep reading) based corporation and we are closing shop.
If you're thinking about starting out OTR and don't have the 90 days to wait on an MC # and another 6 months to do business with every broker, this may be worth your $10,000.
We have valid DOT/MC**, SCAC, IFTA and IRP accounts, and Oversize/Overweight accounts established in 30+ states. We have completed the New Entrant's program and cleared the first audit hurdle. We have a factoring agreement for 2.99% that will issue fuel advances on their card and deposits are made the next day with no required reserves so there is never a fuel bill. We have an active relationship with a DOT compliance company created by former DOT officers and LEO’s and they are a huge asset on the compliance side. We also have an active relationship with a Houston area dispatch company that is laser focused on staying loaded.
** Note for insurance reasons we have voluntarily revoked our MC # but it can be reinstated once your insurance company notifies FMCSA of your coverage.
We have developed checklists and spreadsheets for maintenance, permits, cost calculations, and load tracking. Bonus... we will all but hold your hand as you transition the company to your home state and learn the ropes on the administration side.

Refreshed interior (new seats and flooring). Polished aluminum wheels, upgraded LED interior lighting, all new LED marker and cab lights, virgin rubber all the way around at about 95%. For an old, hard-working girl, this sparkly green machine looks pretty sharp when she’s making money. $40,000
2000 Lufkin Flatbed – 48’x 96” All the tarps, chains, binders, straps, coil racks and a few other supplies. Trailer was refloored in the spring of 2019 with local milled hardwood. Tires are at about ½. $5,000
1996 Viking Double Bunk – 42 x 96” $4,000
2006 Transcraft TRIDEM Step Deck – 53’ x 102” - 55 ton rating. Headache rack, two lift axles with one stationary axle. Chains, binders, straps, coil racks, aluminum load leveler and heavy-duty tarps. Tire life is mixed. $25,0000
