Anacortes Marine Group Inc, in Anacortes, Washington is seeking full time applicants for our Yacht Repair & Systems Department.

Specific skillset & experience would include, but are not limited to, a proficiency in all aspects of marine systems to include knowledge of engine systems, and running gear, with a strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting. Other pertinent skills may include wiring and installations including 120/240V AC, 12/27/ DC, panels, generators, battery and charging systems, and other systems found on yachts.
AMG is also looking for a Marine Technician Apprentice with mechanical, wiring, and troubleshooting skills. Candidate should be eager to learn new skills and have a good attitude.

The idea applicant will meet the following qualifications:

- Previous professional experience working in a boatyard or yacht service operation. (Please provide references)
- A broad skillset range
- Must demonstrate organizational skills including keeping a clean workspace for optimal efficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to multitask
- Contribute to a corporate team environment and work well with others
- Valid WA driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Have a high degree of integrity and demonstrate honesty and dependability
- Clean appearance
- Practical boating experience not required, but is a huge plus
- Take pride in everything you do
