TSFC members own and fly a Piper Cherokee from KANQ Angola IN. Founded in 2016, TSFC founding members recognized a number of people in the Angola area interested in aviation but without access to an airplane. We heard people say things like "I've always wanted to learn how to fly, but then what would I do?" or " I can't afford an airplane of my own..." and "I got my license years ago, I haven't f
lown in ages". Pilots from Angola IN, Coldwater OH, Northwest Ohio have a long drive to access a rental airplane. We put our heads together and decided we could grow a flying club to meet those needs, providing the ultimate convenience that is personal aviation. Your own airplane in your own hanger available 24 hours a day. No business hours. No high prices. The ownership experience at fraction of the cost. Our club members are student pilots, private and instrument pilots. Members use the airplane for fun, for vacation travel, for work - for whatever their private flying requires.
10 Members each purchase an ownership share valued at $2,700. Monthly Dues of $70 provide 24 hour hanger access, Insurance (renters insurance NOT required), all annual inspections and IFR GPS database updates. Hourly rate of $45/hr per tachometer time.
