What is an Amazon delivery service partner?
Amazon has partnered with local Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), independent delivery organizations that help Amazon deliver thousands of packages to customers every day. As an employee of an Amazon delivery service partner (DSP), you will work directly for the DSP that operates out of the local Amazon delivery station, 7310 SE Crosswinds Drive, Ankeny, IA 50021.

Delivery Associates strive to deliver every Amazon order to the customer’s door on time. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company and it will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location.

Our main priority is drivers that we can trust to remain safe and deliver on time. We are looking for a positive attitude with a willingness to work and adapt to change in process and technology.
Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week with one weekend day of work required.
Starting pay $16.50/hour + incentives/bonuses
Start time: 10:50 AM
Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!
Duties and Responsibilities
Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
Use handheld devices for routing information, customer delivery information.
Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills
Have a positive can-do attitude
Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records
You will interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
Perform the following tasks:
Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
Able to get in/out of van, and walk up/down stairs throughout your shift
Able to push/pull above and below shoulder level
Stand, kneel, bend, twist, and squat
Load and Unload Cargo Van to deliver packages efficiently

We are a brand new Amazon delivery service provider and will be promoting admin and managerial positions from within. We will be promoting lead drivers, dispatchers, safety managers, and operations manager roles.

The Position:

Compensation:

$16.50 per hour for a 10 hrs. work shift with a minimum guarantee of 8 hrs. of pay even if you finish your route in less time period.

Staring $16.50 base pay + bonuses (safety and performance).

$150 bonus for each successful delivery driver referral (paid after 90 days of employment tenure with the company). Please note that a bonus will be applicable if your referral hasn’t been applied to our company in the past 3 three months.

Requirements for being eligible:

Must be at least 21 years old
must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be able to move boxes up to 50lbs.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
