Growing up in Annapolis, MD, Mo Bussink found a passion for boats at an early age. She began her career working on boats while putting herself through college. She started working with Annapolis Bay Yachting Services detailing and doing maintenance on vessels ranging from 22’ to 65’ both motor and sailing vessels. She would also crew, detail, and maintain the USCG Certified 65ft Hatteras, The Ente
rtainer. With the knowledge and skills she gained from her boating career in Annapolis, she then landed a job on a 108 ft private mega yacht. She sailed the high seas for 4 years as a stewardess/deckhand, ever expanding her love and knowledge of boats. She learned more about handling and a large vessel, varnishing, and navigation while providing the utmost dedicated and detailed work possible. After cruising the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Aegean, Adriatic Seas, crossing the Atlantic and coming up the sea of Cortez, she returned to the States and moved the lower Eastern Shore of MD where she soon found a job as a waterwoman, aka commercial crabber and oysterer. This love of the water and in particular the Chesapeake Bay has brought her back to Annapolis to get back into the yachting industry with an environmentally friendly approach. She is well acquainted with many types of sail and power yachts and will provide the most pristine detail-oriented workmanship.
