I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Casa Liang MX has the best fried rice in Puerto Vallarta. It's absolutely prepared to perfection.

If you're someone who enjoys authentic Cantonese cuisine, exceptional service, high-quality ingredients, and food that tells a story, then this is a place you need to add to your list.

From the moment we sat down, the entire experience felt like a layering of incredible flavors and thoughtful hospitality.

Omg I was blown away.

We ordered the sesame chicken, fried rice, crispy spring rolls, and crispy shrimp. Every single dish was absolutely delicious. The flavors were balanced, fresh, and beautifully prepared.

But what made this experience stand out wasn't just the food.

I love when the person behind the creation takes the time to come to the table and connect with their guests, not only to ask about their experience, but to share a little of their story and the heart behind what they've built. That's exactly what happened here, and it made the meal even more meaningful.

I've eaten at Asian restaurants all over Puerto Vallarta and without hesitation, Casa Liang has earned a spot in my Top 3 Asian restaurants in the city.

Whether you're planning a date night, gathering with friends, or enjoying dinner with family, this restaurant offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with a contemporary Cantonese feel that makes you want to stay awhile.

All I'm going to say is this: Go.

It's just good food.

Fresh, flavorful food made with care.
Our only note: a little more sauce on the pasta 🍝 — the flavor was there, it just needed that extra finish.
