Wrapped up a wonderful project in L.A. today. Project began with an office relocation from Beverly Hills to Hollywood on 12/13.

Today we completed the office decommission with 2 full floors of office furniture and remaining content removed. With our innovative GREEN solutions, we were able to maintain a positive removal of 96% total diversion from landfill. Items were repurposed, donated, and recycled.

Our client had some left over furniture from the previous tenant in this chicago office. We were able to repurpose this in the space to make some collaborative meeting space.

Brooklyn, NY to lower Manhattan:

3 office suites and 1 storage room relocated on a Friday. Employees and staff worked from home 1 day to complete the task. Saved lots of money doing a normal business hour relocation!

September through December 2021:
CrateXpress successfully managed a large scale project in downtown Chicago. 6 full floors relocated and decommissioned a total of approximately 220,000 square feet of office space and 600+ employees.

Lots of planning and phasing to minimize any and all disruption to the staff and employees.

The relocation was complete over a 3 day swing and all decommission was completed during the weekends.

Diversion report:

ReLocated: 76 tons
RePurposed: 39 tons
ReUsed: 69.75 tons
Recycled: 273.59 tons

Total amount of product diverted from landfill: 457.94 tons

New furniture supplied, delivered, and installed by CrateXpress. This was another successful project in chicago, IL. A total of 2 phases and ZERO downtime to the client. We arrived on a Friday night to knockdown and remove all old furniture. Saturday morning all new product delivered and installed throughout the weekend and 100% operational by Monday morning.

phase 1: 33 powered tables, chairs, rolling peds, monitor arms, and trough systems including all electrical and low voltage work.

Phase 2: 66 powered tables, chairs, rolling peds, monitor arms, and trough systems including all electrical and low voltage work.

All old furniture diverted land fill and repurposed into a local chicago charity!
