My husband and I had a simple BANK ➡️ BANK run moving internal financial presentations.

No huge shipment.

No cargo van.

No 20-stop route.

💰 $100 total

That’s it.

And here’s the part I want you to catch...

The opportunity wasn’t in the boxes.

It was in the fact that a business needed someone reliable to move them.

That’s what people overlook.

Businesses constantly move documents, supplies, parts, equipment, products, samples and materials between locations.

They don’t necessarily need another employee.

Sometimes they need a reliable courier.

And that’s where a small courier business can come into the picture. 👀

You don’t have to decide today that you want to become a “medical courier.”

You need to start asking a better question:

⏱️ One route

And yes, you read that right.

$200.

Do a similar run twice?

💰 $400+

And we’re talking about using YOUR OWN CAR OR SUV.

Not a cargo van.
Not a fleet of vehicles.
Not some fancy setup.

But let me say this before somebody screenshots this and gets mad at me 😂:

I am NOT saying every car owner should automatically be making $400 a day.

That’s not how business works.

I’m showing you what WE did and why I keep telling people to stop assuming you need a huge investment to explore courier work.

The vehicle is only one piece.

You still need to know:

📍 Where the opportunities are
📋 What the client requires
💰 What the numbers actually look like
🚗 What your vehicle can handle
⏰ What you can realistically complete

That’s the part nobody puts in the “easy money” videos.

😂

Because having a car doesn’t automatically make you a courier.

Knowing how to turn that vehicle into a business asset is the difference.

That’s what I teach.

A hospital needs something moved.

A pharmacy has it.

We’re the ones in the middle. 🚙💨

Today’s work:

💊 Pharmacy → Hospital
📍 5 stops
⏰ 3 hours
💰 $230

And here’s where I need y’all to stop thinking like employees for a second...

That $230 isn’t the headline.

The headline is that this is a repeatable service.

The pharmacy doesn’t need somebody to “find a job.”

The hospital doesn’t need another employee.

They need a reliable company that can move what needs to get there.

That’s where the opportunity is.

Do this same run twice?

$460 gross.

And you’re still talking about the same vehicle, the same skill, and the same type of service.

I’m not saying everybody will make $460 a day.

I’m saying there’s a difference between getting paid to drive and building a business around a service people already need.

That’s the part I want you to understand.

Because if all you see when you watch my videos is:

“She made $230.”

You’re missing the point.

I want you looking at the business behind the delivery.

6 STOPS… BUT DON’T LET THAT NUMBER SCARE YOU. 😂💊
Hubby & I were on a Pharmacy ➡️ Nursing Home route today.
📍 6 stops
🧺 Smaller totes — about HALF the size of hospital totes
📏 Stops were close together
⏱️ 3 hours
💰 $170
And honestly?
I’d rather have 6 close stops than 6 stops scattered all over the city. 😂
That’s something people forget when they see a route:
STOP COUNT ≠ HOW HARD THE ROUTE IS.
You have to look at the entire route.
How far apart are the stops?
What are you actually carrying?
How long does the route take?
What does it pay?
How much fuel are you burning?
THAT’S how I decide whether a route makes sense for us.
And if we were able to run this type of route twice?
💰 $340
Not bad for a day of moving lightweight pharmacy totes around. 🚗💨
Now, I’m not saying every pharmacy-to-nursing-home route pays $170.
I’m showing you OUR route.
That’s the point of me posting these.
I want you to see that courier work isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Different clients.
Different routes.
Different requirements.
Different payouts.
And once you learn how to evaluate the opportunity instead of just looking at the dollar amount...
you start looking at courier work completely differently. 👀

Hubby & I were back out moving pharmaceutical deliveries.

Today’s route:

💊 3 stops
💰 $185
⏱️ About 2 hours

And yes… we could potentially run another route like this the same day.

2 routes = $350+ gross.

But here’s what I want you to notice:

Only 3 stops.

You don’t always need a 20-stop route to make a route worth your time.

Sometimes it’s about finding work that makes sense for the time, mileage, payout, and schedule.

That’s how we look at it.

We’re not out here trying to collect the most stops.

We’re looking at the whole picture.

And that’s one of the things I love about courier work there are different types of deliveries, different industries, and different ways to structure your day.

We do a little bit of EVERYTHING.

🚨ONE CONTRACT IS NOT THE END GOAL. 👀🚨

Hubby & I talk about CONTRACT STACKING all the time because this is one of the biggest shifts we made in our business.

Right now, look at the stack:

💊 Pharmaceutical Contract — $1,900/week
📄 Legal Document Contract — $650/week

💰 $2,550/WEEK

That’s TWO different clients.
Two different types of work.
Two different revenue streams.

And THIS is what I mean when I tell people:

Stop putting all your eggs in one basket.

If one contract is your entire income, losing that one contract can hurt.

But when you’ve built relationships with multiple clients?

Now you’re building a business with a portfolio.

That’s the part I want people to understand.

I’m not interested in teaching you how to stay busy for 12 hours a day.

I’m interested in teaching you how to look at your time, your vehicle, your routes and your contracts and ask:

“How can I make all of this work together?”

Because there’s a difference between being busy and being profitable.

And there’s a BIG difference between:

🚗 “I do deliveries.”

and

💼 “I operate a courier business with multiple contracts.”

That’s the mindset shift.

Now, those $500–$1,500+ per week per contract numbers are examples of what can be available depending on the contract, market, scope and rates — NOT a guarantee.

Your results are going to depend on what YOU secure and how YOU execute.

But somebody has to teach you how to look for these opportunities in the first place.

That’s where I come in.

MY PASSENGER PRINCESS SHIFT IS BACK IN SESSION. 😂👑🚗

I MISSED HUBBY! 🥹❤️

We’ve been extra busy this week, hustling hard and running separate routes, so I’ve been riding solo.

But we’re back together for the weekend! 🤗

And yes... I was happy to hand the driving back over. 😂😂

Today we knocked out:

💊 Pharmacy ➡️ Hospital
📍 4 stops
💰 $225
⏱️ 2.5 hours
💵 $90/hour

And if we picked up another similar run?

💰 $450+ for the day

Now THAT’S a weekend shift I can get behind. 🤑🙌🏽

But what I really love about our business is that we don’t HAVE to work together every day.

Some weeks we’re in separate SUVs, running completely different routes.

Some days I’m with Dad.

And then we can come back together and run routes as a team.

That’s flexibility.

We built this around our lives — not the other way around. ❤️
