RVR is dedicated to providing first-class customer service accompanied with highest level of safety. We don't just want to meet your needs but exceed your every expectation. Our fleet is diverse to handle a wide range of travel needs and is maintained by our own maintenance staff. We take pride in the quality of the aircraft we have in service. Your first call to RVR is answered by one of our dedicated staff members. After hours calls are handled by an employee and not an answering service. Dispatch will assist in matching the best aircraft for your trip and budget. Attention to detail is a must with no item too small. Upon arriving for your flight, you will be greeted by an RVR employee. Our pilots are screened for, not only their experience and flight time, but their ability to communicate with owners and passengers. Passenger briefings are very important to RVR. Before departing , our Flight Crew will give you an in-depth briefing. Once off the ground, they have not forgotten you, but will check back to be sure the cabin temperature is to your satisfaction and you do not have any questions. The majority of our clients come from referrals, which is the best testament to our service. Our clients come from all walks of life and trips are diverse as the clients, but each of them experiences the same personal service from our professional staff. Our management team works with aircraft owners to develop the best plan to suit their individual needs. When the time comes to make a change in aircraft, they will also assist in the acquisition of a new aircraft and take you through the entire process.
