✈️ Here’s one airport update I think my travelers will actually want to know about!

TSA PreCheck just introduced Gateside by TSA PreCheck, allowing approved PreCheck members to go through security and enter the secure side of the airport without a boarding pass.

And for my DFW travelers, DFW is one of the 13 airports launching it! 🙌

Think walking someone to their gate, spending a little more time with family before they leave, or meeting someone when they arrive.

There’s no additional fee, but adults must already have TSA PreCheck and request approval 1–3 days before the visit. Kids under 18 can accompany an approved adult without their own PreCheck membership.

Another reason I keep up with the little travel changes that can make a big difference. ✈️

I recently found out I was one of just 700 travel advisors invited to attend Ascend 2026 by ALG Vacations.

It wasn’t something you sign up for. It was earned through production, performance, and the relationships built over years in this industry.

This October, I’ll be heading to Cancun for four days of education, supplier meetings, and conversations with the teams behind brands like Apple Vacations, Funjet Vacations, Travel Impressions, Southwest Vacations, and United Vacations.

People sometimes ask why I invest so much time attending conferences like this.

The answer is simple.

Every conference makes me a better travel advisor. I come home with stronger supplier relationships, current destination knowledge, and ideas that help me better serve the couples and families who trust Enchanted Woods Travel with their vacations.

The biggest value isn’t just what happens in the classroom. It’s the relationships that are built with the people who help make my clients’ trips happen and who are there when I need to advocate on their behalf.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity and excited to bring everything I learn back to my clients.

A day I won’t forget… I imagine there will be many of these the next few months

We found Rylee’s wedding dress!

Actually… we found it, left it, looked at more dresses, then drove back across town in rush hour because we all knew it was the dress.

As a travel advisor, specializing in Romance travel, I’ve spent years helping couples plan destination weddings and unforgettable moments.

This time, I got to experience one of my own as a mom.
