Delivering More Than Shipments. Delivering Impact!

At Pronto Delivery, Courier, and Logistics, we believe logistics is about more than moving freight from Point A to Point B. It’s about using our people, resources and capabilities to help move communities forward.

Recently, one of our employee drivers identified an opportunity to support Operation Christmas Child, a global initiative of Samaritan's Purse that partners with local churches around the world to collect and distribute gift-filled shoeboxes to children in need.

The opportunity involved a critical logistical step: transporting 12 pallets of packed Christmas shoeboxes from Cedar Hill, TX, to the central processing facility in Coppell, TX.

For Pronto, it was a natural fit. Our box truck and logistics expertise could help ensure these donations continued their journey efficiently and reliably.

Phase 1 of our annual Canstruction journey is officially complete!

Every year, we’re proud to partner with our customers to support Canstruction, a global nonprofit that brings the community together to create incredible structures made entirely from full cans of food. After the structures are judged at NorthPark, the cans are donated to local food banks to help those in need.

Our role starts with the first mile: picking up cans from participating stores and delivering them to the Canstruction teams, where the creative work begins.

And along the way, we’re reminded that great service is about more than making a delivery. It’s about being a great partner and going the extra mile.

One of the Canstruction teams recently shared this feedback about Tony, one of our drivers:

“Your driver just left with two pallets. I wanted to say he was amazing! He was very nice and great to talk to. He was willing to restack to a new pallet and helped me move a bad one. Thank you for having someone like Tony on the team. He was great!”

We couldn’t be prouder of Tony for representing our team so well and helping make this year’s Canstruction effort a success!
