I encourage you to carry on your loved ones legacy by sharing with someone just how much you care for them in your own special way.

For me, my mom always put little notes in my school lunch or snuck a card under my bedroom door when I did something great in school. I have now passed this down to my daughter. Today I snuck this note in her lunch box!

Positivity is powerful and my mom was the utmost giver of positive vibes!

One could look at this picture and see a normal, basic pair of green pants.

When in reality to the grieving person these are not just any pair of pants.

It took this person 11 months to pull them out of the closet and even look at them, much less think of putting them on.

You see, these pants were worn the day my mom passed away while I sat at her bedside that sunny October day.

They were the pants that tears saturated.

They were the pants that held me close and felt comfortable enough to sing and worship in.

This is the part no one sees when people grieve.

This is the part that holds the grieving back just a little longer.

Today, I want my grievers to feel seen. I. See.You.

You are not alone.
