RIVERFEST FIXED-ROUTE DETOUR: Route 12, the Towanda loop, will avoid Merrill Parkway on Thursday and Friday during Riverfest. The bus will travel from the Progress Building, on Main Street, to Kingsbury Ave., down to Bradford County Action, and resume the normal route from there.
