This is what happened to me today upon ordering my stroller that originally supposed to to be delivered according to target email on December 25th mind you I paid $595.00 for a stroller. Almost $600. Upon checking my email to pick up my postpartum kit because am schedule for delivery in 3 days I received an email notification stating that my package has been delivered.
Went to the porch to collect my package nothing there, checked the FedEx link and realized that it was delivered within 30mins a guy opened my gate ran up the stairs grab my package and ran off with it in his cart.
Mind you I received no alert from the FedEx driver, The driver is not RING or KNOCK the door which the video links below shows.
FedEx don’t want to take responsibility neither does target because they are saying we have an image from FedEx showing that it was delivered.
Just a heads up because it’s only in situation you learn. If ordering from target call the company they shipping with and add a signature or ensure that you are in front your porch waiting for your package otherwise no one cares. TARGET DOES NOT REQUIRE SIGNATURE ON THEIR SHIPMENT.
I made a police report showed them the evidence, showed them that I also had to replace it due to my delivery date still no care in the world. The innocent being prayed upon by these conglomerates. It’s crazy it’s painful, it’s hurtful and shame on both FedEx Target
A baby stroller and necessity and no one even asked for the videos to be emailed other than FEDEX.
